panchkarma...

started the new year with some cleaning...this time -internal! went n did the panchkarma treatment at kaivalyadham...lonavala. 21 days of nothing but self healing. n boy did it work!!!!!

i recommend it to all who like yoga n don't fancy allopathic treaments too much. this was ayurveda at its best. came back a few kilos lighter... n a lot calmer... try it out, you won't regret it.
